1. Identification

This website is owned by Francisco Muñoz, operating under the trade name "PMA System".

2. Purpose

These terms govern access to and use of the PMA System website, as well as the contracting of personal training services offered through it.

3. Services Offered

PMA System offers online personal training services including:

  • PMA Programme: personalised training plan with monthly adjustments
  • PMA+ Programme: personalised plan with daily follow-up
  • 1:1 Session: individualised in-person sessions (subject to geographical availability)

4. Contracting

The contract is formalised after a free initial video call where the client's needs are assessed. All plans include a 7-day free trial period.

5. Pricing and Payment

Prices are communicated individually during the initial video call. Payment is made on a monthly or quarterly basis depending on the chosen plan.

6. Cancellation

The client may cancel the service at any time by notifying us via email or WhatsApp. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

7. Liability

PMA System designs training programmes tailored to each individual. However, the client is responsible for:

  • Disclosing any relevant medical conditions or injuries
  • Following the technical instructions provided
  • Consulting a medical professional before starting any exercise programme

PMA System is not liable for injuries resulting from failure to follow instructions or from withholding relevant medical information.

8. Intellectual Property

All website content and training programmes (text, images, designs, logos) are the property of PMA System and are protected by intellectual property law. Reproduction without express authorisation is prohibited.

9. Data Protection

The processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 on Data Protection.

10. Applicable Law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, the parties submit to the competent courts and tribunals.

11. Changes

PMA System reserves the right to modify these terms. Changes will be published on this page with the corresponding update date.
