The Origin of PMA System
Training should not be an obligation or a quick fix.
When used properly, it is a tool to build a capable, functional body prepared for the demands of daily life.
About Me
My name is Paco Muñoz.
I hold a degree in Physical Activity and Sports Sciences from the University of Alcalá de Henares.
My approach is not based on generic routines or unsustainable short-term results, but on developing a working system that allows each person to improve their physical capacity progressively, consistently and sustainably.
It is not about "doing exercise" or following a "six-pack in 60 days" routine, but about understanding why and what you train for.

The Philosophy Behind the System
I do not believe in quick fixes or training without criteria. I believe in well-built processes, in progressing with purpose, and in training that adapts to the person, not the other way around.
This is for you if...
- You want to stop improvising your training
- You want to improve performance and health
- You need structure and follow-up
A Different Way to Understand Training
I work with people who are looking for more than just following a routine: they want structure, control and a system that makes sense from the short to the long term.
My way of working is based on:
- Individual initial assessment
- Adapted planning
- Continuous follow-up and adjustment
